By Brian Liskai: ATTICA, Ohio (Tuesday, April 25, 2006) – Attica Raceway Park has announced the dates for the make-up feature for the 305 sprints and the remaining 17 laps for the 410 sprints that were rained out Friday, April 21.
The 410 sprints got 13 of the 30 lap A-main in the books on April 21 before the rains fell. The remaining 17 laps of the feature will be run Friday, April 28. It will be the first race of the evening at 8 p.m.
World of Outlaws regular Chad Kemenah – making an appearance after their show was rained out in Indiana earlier – took the lead from Ron Blair with a great low move exiting turn four to complete the 13th lap. When the race resumes, Kemenah will be leading Blair, Lee Jacobs, Brandon Martin and Andrew Palker.
The 305 sprints will make up their rained out feature on Friday, May. 5, in addition to a complete regular program on Pepsi/Scout Night. The 410 sprints and limited late models are also in action. All scouts – boys and girls – need to do is show up with their scout uniforms on and they will get into watch the mudslinging, fire-breathing sprint cars and late models FREE!
Bazell Race Fuels is sponsoring the racing action at “Ohio’s Finest Racing” speedplant on Friday, April 28. Besides the conclusion to the rained out April 21 410 sprint feature, the night will feature a full program of 410 sprints, 305 sprints and the Sunoco American Late Model Series. Gates will open at 5 p.m. and racing gets underway at 8 p.m.
