Scouts Should "be prepared" For Free Fun On May 5th

By Brian Liskai: ATTICA, Ohio (Monday, April 24, 2006) – All Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts and Brownies better “be prepared” for free fun and entertainment at Attica Raceway Park.

All scouts are invited to “Ohio’s Finest Racing” at the Attica Fairgrounds – located just north of U.S. 224 and just east of St. Rt. 4 – on Friday, May 5 as part of Pepsi Night/Scouts Night. All you scouts need to do is show up with your scout uniform on and you will get into watch the mudslinging, fire-breathing sprint cars and late models FREE!

Attica Raceway Park is a 3/8th mile banked dirt track with cars racing in speeds of over 100 mph.

Gates will open at 5 p.m. and racing will begin at 8 p.m. If time permits, there will be an autograph session around 7:30 p.m. with some of the drivers for the scouts to meet and talk to.

Also, any scouts 10-years-old and under will be eligible to win a FREE BIKE!

There is great food available at reasonable prices, from pizza to hamburgers and hotdogs to walking tacos and much more.
