Brad Doty Classic to reward winner $15,000 at Attica Raceway Park

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021

By Brian Liskai

ATTICA – When the World of Outlaw NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series invades Attica Raceway Park on Tuesday July 12 for the 34th Annual Ohio Logistics Brad Doty Classic Presented by Racing Optics, the competitors will be battling for the largest payday in the event’s history – $15,000 to the winner!

“This is something Attica Raceway Park Promoter John Bores, Director of Operations Rex LeJeune, and I have been working on for a few years but with the pandemic in 2020 and not being sure if we could even have the race to 2021 not being as Covid free as we’d hoped and not being able to have any of our international fans attend, we decided to put it off until 2022,” said event co-promoter Brad Doty.

“If it wasn’t for our great partners, Ohio Logistics, Racing Optics, Gill Construction, CK Mechanical, Priority Aviation, Callies Performance Products and Underground Utilities Inc. this event would not be as successful as it is. Because of their support we are able to raise the winner’s check to $15,000!” Doty added.

This year will mark the 17th time the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series has sanctioned the Ohio Logistics Brad Doty Classic Presented by Racing Optics. There have been 25 different winners in the 31 contested Brad Doty Classic features (2 have been rained out). Lebanon Indiana’s Spencer Bayston claimed the 2021 Brad Doty Classic, his first ever World of Outlaws victory as well.

Our track personnel once again provided a welcoming, clean, friendly facility and atmosphere and our loyal, enthusiastic race fans and teams are the reason we are ‘Ohio’s Finest Racing’ venue,” said John Bores, Attica Raceway Park Promoter.
