Attention: Kistler Racing Products Season Championship Night on Saturday, August 29th will determine the 2009 Attica Track Championships in all four divisions and is for double points. If the event would be canceled the points are final and Baumann Auto Group Night on September 5th would not be a points event.
Assuming all the leaders from the various divisions show up this weekend, here are some scenarios on how the 2009 Crowns could be decided. Thanks to Ross Paulson of Computer Man, Inc. for this info.
In the 410 Sprint Car Division…
Reed locks up the title with a 5th place or better finish.
Andrews, Linder and Keegan still have a chance.
In the Fremont Fence Inc. 305 Sprint Car Division…
Weaver locks up the title with a 5th place or better finish.
Brubaker and Rando still have a chance.
In the Fultz Fabrications & Speed Shop UMP DIRTcar Late Models Division..
Missler locks up the title with a 8th place or better finish.
Maffett and Moore still have a chance.
In the Dirt Truck Division…
Ball locks up the title with a 17th place or better finish.
Wiechman, Waltermier, Arnold, and Hennig still have a chance.
Saturday is also the final points event of 2009 for the 410 Sprints at Attica in the hunt for the $10,000 Kistler Racing Products Fremont/ Attica Sprint Title (The F.A.S.T. Series is not for double points). Craig Mintz currently holds a 42-point edge over Bryon Reed. While Mark Keegan holds a slim advantage over Chris Andrews and Mike Linder outs out the top-5. Caleb Griffith, Brock Mayes, Cap Henry, Kevin Lee and Lee Jacobs round out the F.A.S.T. top-10 and are all seperated by only 86 points. But Brandon Martin is only 11 points out of the illusive top-10.
