(Attica, OH) When the drivers and crews partaking in the UMP DIRTcar Summer Nationals “Hell Tour” arrive at the pit gates of Attica Raceway Park Friday night on Central Ohio Farmers / Summit Racing Equipment Night, they will have traveled over 5,200 miles in 38 days. Their A-Main finishes alone have paid over $200,000.
The points chase between Shannon Babb and Ryan Unzicker will come down to the wire, and ARP could provide the deciding factor! The winner of that chase will pocket $25,000. If that isn’t reason enough for you to come watch them wheel-hike it around the clay of 1/3 mile oval of Attica Raceway Park, their partners in the Summit Modified Nationals have traveled nearly the same distance and will mash the throttle for the only appearance of the modified division at Attica in 2014. Throw in the dirt-slinging, F.A.S.T (Fremont/Attica Sprint Title) 410 winged sprint cars fighting for $3,000 to win, and you have one of the premier events of the summer at ARP!
Main gates and pit gates will both open at 4:00pm with heat racing beginning at 7:45pm.
Ticket info may be found at www.atticaracewaypark.com.
The announcing duo of ARP track announcer, Brian Liskai and Eldora Speedway track announcer, Dustin Jarrett and all the staff of ARP promise to keep you entertained for the evening.
“Ohio’s Finest Racing” is only at Attica Raceway Park!
