2010 Dirt Truck Favorite Moment Announced

(Attica, OH) In one of the closest polls to date, the fans of Attica Raceway Park have voted Brian Arnold’s first career track championship at Attica as their favorite dirt truck moment of the 2010 race season. Arnold’s championship run narrowly beat out Art Ball’s return to the dirt truck division a few weeks after a wild series of rolls in the poll by just 12 votes (113 to 101 votes).

Tiffin, Ohio’s Brian Arnold had an incredible 2010, which saw him post five top-5 finishes in the seven features contested in the Computer Man Inc. Dirt Truck Division. Arnold put on an impressive streak from April 16th through August 28th where he never finished lower than 8th place in the A-Main. Arnold scored his only win of the year on June 11th, which was his 8th career feature win at Attica. He also posted three runner-up finishes. Arnold’s averaged an incredible A-Main finish of fourth place.

Over the course of the off-season atticaracewaypark.com has been conducting a series of polls to help determine what was the greatest moment of the 2010 season at Attica Raceway Park in each division. It is now time for the fans of “Ohio’s Finest Racing” speed plant to ultimately decide what was the greatest moment of 2010 at Attica Raceway Park.

Fans will have the tough decision of voting between what could have been Mark Keegan’s last feature win in the 410 sprint car division, Rick Eckert’s amazing drive from last place to win the World of Outlaws Late Model Series event in the DIRTcar Late Model division, Josh Muntz’s first career win on Season Championship Night in the 305 sprint car division or Brian Arnold first career track championship in the dirt truck division.

The poll will be up for the entire month of February and fans can vote daily on their favorite moment.

OCTOBER: O’Reilly Auto Parts 410 Sprint Cars
Winner: Mark Keegan picking up his 56th win at Attica Raceway Park the same week of his 52nd birthday (June 11th)
NOVEMBER: Fultz Fabrications & Speed Shop DIRTcar Late Models
Winner: Rick Eckert raced through the B-Main, an early race accident in the feature that caused the radiator to be replaced during a red flag and climbed back from the tail of the field to picked up the World of Outlaws Late Models Series win (July 30th).
