Late thunderstorms bring end to Attica racing

ATTICA, Ohio – Just as the gates were opening Friday, June 8 at Attica Raceway Park, thunderstorms struck forcing the cancellation of the night’s racing on Edward Jones Investments/Mike Neill Advisor-Gordon Lumber Night.

Next up will be the opener of the 36th Annual Cometic Gaskets Ohio Sprint Speed Week with the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Ferguson Water Works and Plumbing-Kistler Racing Products-Ohio Cat.The Summit Racing Equipment UMP Late Models will also be in action with double track points on the line. Gates will open Friday, June 15 at 4 p.m. with racing at 7:45 p.m.
